Questions people ask before using RankStacky
What does RankStacky track?
AI answer visibility, brand rankings, competitor mentions, citations, semantic topics, regional prompt differences, SEO audits, stored images, and usage history.
Which AI providers can I use?
Admins control the supported model catalog. Users can run providers only after saving an active API key for that provider.
Where do I get model API keys?
Open Settings, choose the provider, and use the Get key link beside the form. RankStacky supports OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral, and Kimi keys when those providers are enabled.
Why does a scheduled run say failed?
Scheduled runs need an active saved API key for the selected provider and model. If a key is missing, expired, out of quota, or not enabled for the model, RankStacky stores the failure reason on the schedule card.
What is a tracking group?
A tracking group is a folder inside a project for related prompts, schedules, and competitor subsets, such as resume builder or job application tracker in Germany.
What is Regional GEO testing?
It runs the same original prompt across selected countries, cities, languages, personas, and providers, then stores the result over time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Go to Settings and use Delete account and data. It removes your account, projects, prompts, provider keys, AI history, SEO audits, and stored SEO images.
